YARD MAINTENANCE:

Tenant is responsible for all yard care including:

weeding, watering (manual sprinklers), mowing, and trimming of front, back and sideyard between home and fence.

Keeping all areas free of debris.

Snow removal of public walkway in front of home. Manual sprinklers. Tenant responsible to winterize and dewinterize each season. Lawn mower provided.

Water, Sewer, Garbage, Gas, and Electric, up to $150/mo

cooling system:

Swamp cooler for upstairs unit only. Tenant responsible for winterizing and dewinterizing each season.

PARKING:

Upstairs tenant parks underneath carport. Downstairs tenant parks in gravel area.

Pets:

Pets will be permitted with $40.00/mo. pet rent and $500.00 deposit per pet ($300 refundable and $200 non-refundable). No aggressive pets please.

SMOKING/Vaping:

No smoking/vaping inside premise. Outside and away from the property ONLY.
