Rental Criteria

YARD MAINTENANCE:

Tenant is responsible for yard care including: weeding, watering, mowing and snow removal of public walkway in front of home. Large front and side yard. Only small strip behind home that needs to be maintained.

UTILITIES TO BE PAID BY TENANT:

Water, sewer, and garbage billed monthly to tenant to be paid with rent. Power, and gas paid by tenant.

COOLING SYSTEM:

Central air.

PETS:

Pets will be permitted with $40/mo. pet rent and $500 ($300 refundable and $200 nonrefundable) deposit per pet. No aggressive pets please.

SMOKING:

Outside ONLY and AWAY from home.
