Rental Criteria

Yard Maintenance:

Tenants are required to mow, water and weed both the front and back yard. Including the side yards and parking strip. This includes snow removal in the winter.

PARKING:

1 driveway spot and on-street parking.

UTILITIES TO BE PAID BY TENANT:

 Water, sewer, and garbage split 50/50 with downstairs tenants. Power, and gas paid by tenant.

PETS:

Pets will be permitted with $40.00/mo. pet rent and $500.00 deposit per pet ($200.00 nonrefundable). No aggressive pets please. Fenced backyard with dog run area.

SMOKING:

No smoking or vaping inside premise. outside and away from the property ONLY.

CREDIT & BACKGROUND:
