City utilities must be put in tenants name with personal credit or debit card on file with utility companies. Gas and electric paid directly by tenant.

Yard maintenance required:

Tenants are responsible for all yard care including:

Weeding, watering (sprinklers in front and back), mowing and trimming of front, back and side yards including a small strip on the west side of the home.

Keeping all areas free of debris.

Snow removal of public walkway in front of home.

Air Conditioning Unit and Sprinklers:

Tenant responsible to winterize and dewinterize window unit and sprinklers each season.

Renters insurance required.
