TENANT RESPONSIBILITES -

UTILITIES TO BE PAID BY TENANT:

Power and gas paid by tenant. Water, sewer and garbage is split 1/3 and paid monthly with rent.

Yard maintenance required:

Tenants are responsible for all yard care including:

  • Weeding, watering (no sprinklers), mowing, and trimming of front, back, side yards, park strips and dirt/gravel parking area along the north fence.

  • Keeping all areas free of debris.

  • Snow removal of public walkway in front of home.

WINDOW Cooling UNIT:

  • Tenant responsible to winterize (cover) and dewinterize window cooling unit and to clean filter.

PARKING:

No smoking or vaping inside premise. Outside and away from the property ONLY.
