At Nu-Start Properties we own and operate mostly single-family homes in Salt Lake County. However, we also have some duplex and tri-plex units to choose from. We do not manage rental properties for other people; we personally own the nearly 50 properties that we lease.

PARKING:

1 driveway spot and on-street parking.

UTILITIES TO BE PAID BY TENANT:

 Water, sewer, and garbage split 50/50 with downstairs tenants. Power, and gas paid by tenant.

PETS:

Pets will be permitted with $40.00/mo. pet rent and $500.00 deposit per pet ($200.00 nonrefundable). No aggressive pets please. Fenced backyard with dog run area.

SMOKING:

No smoking or vaping inside premise. outside and away from the property ONLY.

CREDIT & BACKGROUND:
